SWIMMING LESSONS

Animation by a lifeguard

Sessions: following the availability of client and MNS.
Required Level: All levels, from discovery to development.
Content: At the request of the customer (familiarization, learning, development ...)
Rates: € 12.10 Lesson 30 'or € 99.00 package of 10 lessons of 30' + pool entries.
Registration: throughout the year.

SCHOOL SWIMMING

Animation by  Carole  or Dominique

Sessions: Wednesdays from 9:30 to 10:30 (stopped for the Christmas holidays, winter and summer).
Requirements: ability to swim 25 meters + medical certificate with no indication-cons older than two months.
Content: Learning the 4 strokes, initiation finswimming, rescue and water polo in playful forms, introduction to synchronized swimming.
Rates: € 99.00 for the season (September to June) + entries pool.
Registration: every Wednesday.

AQUAGYM
AQUAGYM WEDNESDAY

Animation by Dominique

Sessions: Wednesdays from 19:00 to 20:00.
Requirements: + no medical certificate of non-indication against older than two months.
Content: aquatic exercise to work generalized stretching and strengthening exercises improving cardiovascular functions while combining rest and relaxation
Rates: € 35.00 package of 10 sessions + pool entries.
Registration: throughout the year.

AQUA BRESS '

Sessions: Thursdays from 19:00 to 20:00 (stopped during the summer holidays).
From: 16 years
Requirements: ability to swim 25 meters + medical certificate with no indication-cons older than two months.
Content: Swimming with fins (introduction, beginner, advanced). Loan of equipment for first meetings.
Rates: € 110 package + year entries pool.
Registration: throughout the year.

Water confidence sessions for toddlers from 6 months

These sessions are an opportunity for small to discover the aquatic environment safe; activity is based on respect for the rhythms of the child, his needs and fears and is organized around play and fun. Great moments of tenderness and joy shared with the parents who accompany the child in the pool.

Dates: Saturday from 18 am to 18: 30 pm for children 6 to 18 months, and 18 h from 30 to 19 h for children aged 19 to 36 months
Additional meeting on Thursday during school holidays from 11 am to 11: 30 pm for children 6 to 18 months and 11 h 00 h 30 to 12 for children 19 to 36 months

Price: 4.80 € per session (1 child and 1 parent) + 1 € if additional parent
Parents must pay in addition to the swimming pool entrance (5 € / person or pass)

Access conditions for Baby: 2nd DTP vaccine (copy of immunization record) + medical certificate of non-indication against water activities + port of a special layer pool (swimsuit disposable)
